It has been brought to my attention that quite a few people have had cause to consider questions regarding my character, mental health and the decisions and behaviour which I exhibit. More than a few have arrived at judgements of me without even allowing me to speak four words.
More than a few have then dispersed these ‘judgements’ through various grapevines. Some have offered contributions which have resulted in serious damages and have prevented me from enjoying the principles of freedom, peace, love and success.
They say ‘every dog has it’s day’ and for these scabby, rabbid dogs, the end is nigh. Cosmic light and enlightened human consciousness is lighting up the malevolent ends of such individuals. For anyone who is unaware of the above, but interested in hearing my confession in relation to those who judge me, feel free to hang about.
What the malevolent detractors see of my intellect, behaviour, attitudes and ethics:
Complex, Troublesome, Rebellious, Rule Breaker, Difficult, Stubborn, Selfish, Can’t Follow Orders, Aggressive, Far Out, Detatched, Loner, Argumentative, complicated, crazy, Alternative, Too much, Overthinker. Excessively Analytical.
Judge me not on the words or gossip of another. Instead, judge me on what you personally know of me, my character, and your unique interpretation of who I am.
And I will grant you the same!
My Confession
These people, who, in the vast majority, have never afforded me the luxury of speaking four simple words. How they can then judge and confidently conclude anything is completely beyond me.
It is only in this present moment that I feel free enough, after successfully escaping a highly destructive domestic abuse experience and toxic relationships which have been undoubtedly placing limitations on my growth, happiness, security and a myriad of other positive things.
The following is LAW in my country:
We all have a duty of care to ensure that neither our actions, words or negligence causes damage to our neighbour. If we cause damages then we are both complicit and liable which carries criminal and civil liability.
‘Neighbour is defined as pretty much anyone who could be affected by either our actions or lack of!
I have, for the longest time, kept anything I think to myself. This had become an ingrained habit resulting from the fact that the toxic individuals who I would try and bounce ideas off, simply did not have the capacity to comprehend, let alone contribute anything positive, even a simple valuable observation. No feedback whatsoever. Puddle shallow relationships and unhelpful, four-faced, malevolent individuals no longer have access to me and what I think, say or do.
Welcome to Freedom!
For the first time in my life, I feel competent and free to speak and to do so ALOUD!!! With complete honesty and sincerity! No ‘is this appropriate, offensive to people or far out?, or any other nonsense considerations which we allow to restrict our freedom of speech.
My confession is very straightforward!
All of the traits listed above as the interpretations of detractors are complex, cover a multitude of intricate behaviours and thought processes. When you mix them up and add in a few examples of ‘heard stories’, the output that can be generated is possibly near infinite.
My confession is simply this:
IT IS ALL CRAP! 100%
The extent of my academic achievements stretches to seven O’grades – remember them? This achievement was a complete, unexpected miracle at the time. In the entirety of high school, I read two books: 1984 and Beyond The Barricades.
I remember the laugh of a Career’s Officer when I told him I wanted to be a ‘well rounded man’.
And if you think this is funny, my mate Ralph declared that he wanted to:
‘Bake scones and hunt rabbits’
I think Ralph won that one hands down!
The academic level of my mind is exceptionally basic. I am also an experience dodger and like to discover shortcuts and reduce things to just the bare essentials.
I wanted to discover 5 words which, if I learned, would do me as a yardstick for every situation imaginable. So I chose VERY, VERY, VERY carefully!
I don’t remember how I discovered them but I have found them to be precious and I think you should too. They are so precious I thought I could maybe use them to make a few quid. However, I am told that I am not the only one with claims and they were actually copyrighted a long, long time ago. O well, that will be that then!
The truth is that the real depth of my mind is only 5 simple words long!
‘CAUSE NO HARM TO ANOTHER’
No need to spend hours studying or anything. No need for five years at university debating the complexities of this or that philosophy, psychology, ethics or any other possibly associated subject.
The content and depth of my mind is VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY simple as you can see. A mere 5 words!
Anything else which passes through my head is usually transient crap and limited use information.
These 5 words will keep your compass pointing due north without exception in any situation. It is the North Star! It must be observed in the NOW!
They are so precious they should be called ‘LAW’ or something. Maybe if these words could be the foundation for all common sense, we could call it ‘COMMON LAW’. Anybody think this is a good idea?
The past is a figment of your imagination and is not an accurate recording.
The future is exactly the same except you have to still experience the NOW when it comes.
NOW!
NOW IS WHERE I LIVE NOW!
It’s true. I can duckndive every now and then in order to plan something or remember something which is useful for my NOW! I do not, however, live there.
When you travel back or forward in your head, it’s a bit like going for a pint.
We tell ourselves we are only going for one!
Did you just laugh? Think of in the pub anytime you find yourself staying too long. When we are in the pub, we miss the life and opportunities outside when the sun is shining!
Allow me an example:
A guy sits alone in a bar. He is pondering lost love.
He regrets his lack of preparedness with the only true angel he has ever met.
He is living in the past, away from NOW!
He remembers his extreme trepidation at introducing an angel into a social environment which he was beginning to recognise as poisonous, destructive and impersonal with a wide scope for negative experiences.
He refuses to ‘ CAUSE HARM TO ANOTHER’ UNTIL RESOLUTION!
Simple? YOU BET!
Easy? NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST!

Depending on the severity of current times NOW, standing on these 5 words as a matter of duty can cost you everything. Career, Relationships, House, Money, Cars, Holidays and Reputation. What I observe as widely variable, is where exactly your average Joe is prepared to abandon them!
As the guy wallows with regret and desperate longing and loneliness, residing in the past, he gets more and more morose and depressed by the second. So he starts on the whiskey and Jaegerbombs.
An hour or two later, a beautiful and special soulmate enters the bar.
SHE IS INSTANTLY TURNED OFF BY THE LOUD, DRUNKEN, OBNOXIOUS CLIENTELLE! SHE IS GONE FASTER THAN YOU CAN BLINK!
LIVE IN THE NOW!!!!!!
